Get your kids outside!

Taking students outdoors can be an amazingly rewarding experience. Not only are there a million ways to weave outdoor experiences into almost any curriculum, but such experiences can build important bonds and trust amongst your students and between you and your students. For years I have worked with Trips for Kids to take groups of my students on mountain biking excursions in Marin. They provide the bikes, helmets, other equipment and volunteers. The cost is only $25 for the entire group. Your challenge is to organize the trips and transport students to Marin. (Talk to me about how to make this work.)
